Independent information site
Budapest Boat Tours is an independent travel information website. We are not the attraction, we are not the official ticket office, and we are not the booking merchant. The information on this site is provided to help visitors plan a trip, not to replace the provider’s own live terms or customer support.
Our content is based on published information that we have checked as carefully as practical, but it can become outdated. That is especially true for prices, schedules, entry rules, included services and availability.
Changing travel information
Travel products can change without notice. A cruise that is available on one date may be sold out or altered later, and a price shown on a page may not match the total charged at checkout. Visitors should confirm important details directly with the attraction or booking provider before making plans.
We try to keep descriptions accurate, but we do not guarantee that every page will always reflect the most current operational information. If a detail matters to your itinerary, treat it as provisional until you verify it yourself.
External providers and booking contracts
Some pages may contain GetYourGuide affiliate links. If you click through and make a booking, the contract is between you and the external provider, not between you and this website. The provider controls the booking flow, payment handling, confirmation, amendments, cancellations and refunds.
Because we do not take booking payments, we cannot accept responsibility for a provider’s service performance, inventory decisions, ticketing system, customer-service response or policy changes. Before completing a reservation, review the provider’s final terms carefully.
Accessibility and practical conditions
Accessibility, boarding conditions, route details and on-site procedures may vary by vessel, departure time or operator. We may describe practical considerations where published information allows, but we do not promise that every detail will suit every visitor’s needs. Anyone with accessibility requirements should confirm them in advance with the provider.
We also cannot verify every temporary disruption, weather-related change or local operational issue. River and city conditions may affect experience and timing.
No professional advice
The website does not provide legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Any policy summary, booking explanation or visitor tip should be treated as general information only. If you need advice for a specific situation, seek appropriate professional guidance or contact the relevant provider directly.
We do not claim to represent the attraction, the booking platform or any public authority.
Reasonable limits on liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on outdated information, third-party service failures, provider cancellations, missed connections, weather changes, or technical issues beyond our control. This limitation is intended to be reasonable, not to remove rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in this disclaimer is meant to exclude any non-excludable consumer or statutory rights that may apply to you.
Use of the site
By using the site, you accept that travel information requires independent verification. If a page contains a recommendation, it is based on our editorial judgment at the time of writing, not a promise of suitability for every traveller.
If you need clarification about a page or a link, contact info@budapest-boattours.com.
